How does SyntraFlow detect SLA breaches?

SLA telemetry comes from three sources: (a) vendor-reported metrics via API, (b) SyntraFlow's own monitoring of vendor service availability + response time, (c) Oracle audit logs showing vendor service interactions. Cross-validation prevents vendor-side reporting errors from being missed.

Can SLA penalties be auto-calculated and recovered?

Yes. Each contract's penalty schedule is loaded into SyntraFlow at onboarding. When a breach is detected, SyntraFlow calculates the penalty per contract terms + generates a credit memo for finance to issue. Most customers recover 10–25% of annual vendor fees as penalties (was previously left on the table).

What if vendors dispute SLA measurements?

All measurements timestamped + cryptographically signed. Vendor disputes can be resolved by side-by-side comparison of SyntraFlow + vendor data. Most disputes resolve in vendor's favor when their own telemetry is accurate, in customer's favor when it's not.

Can we use SLA performance to drive renewal terms?
